Service description
Confida offers a compliance scanner, a processing register generator, and a privacy policy generator, as automated tools. The service includes a free tier and a paid tier.
User account
Access to some features requires creating an account, via a sign-in link sent by email. You are responsible for keeping access to your mailbox secure.
Limitation of liability
Confida is a compliance assistance tool and does not constitute legal advice. Generated documents must be reviewed before any use. Confida cannot be held liable for the consequences of using generated documents without appropriate review.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. The paid subscription, once available, has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
